The panic that sets in when all these dex bleed builds don’t stun me is priceless. Individual weapons will determine what stat scaling is best. However, the main benefit of a quality build is access to a wider variety of weapons. Edit: I'll also add that pure STR is probably the most efficient way to spend your stat points.
